• Rates are quoted per night
• Mid-week - Sunday to Thursday - Not including school/public holidays
• Weekends - Two night minimum/ other than school holidays - three night minimum
• Christmas holidays - Seven night minimum/Easter & long weekends - three night minimum
• School holidays outside of peak season are at the applicable weekend rate
• $40 linen charge & $100 cleaning charge

Terms and conditions

• Payment facilities - Visa, Mastercard and Eftpos.
• Twenty percent deposit is required on all bookings.
• Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation at least 2 month prior to stay
• All efforts are made to re-let the accommodation for cancellations within 2 month of stay however if the property remains unlet, then the deposit is liable to be forfeited
• All cancellation requests must be in writing eg. Letter, email or fax.
• Full payment is required at least 2 week prior to your stay.
• Cancellations after full payment may result in loss of full payment. All attempts will be made to rebook your apartment, however if unbooked you remain liable for the total cost of your booking. Extenuationg circumstances will be taken into consideration.
• Price includes accommodation for 4 people. Extra persons @ $15.00 per person per night.
• We reserve the right to charge additional costs for late departure or excessive cleaning.
• The number of people staying at the Boathouse must not exceed 8.
• The number of adults (16yrs) must not exceed 6.
• There are to be no parties.
• There is a noise curfew at midnight. Any noisy activities must cease at this time.
• All breakages and damage must be paid for in full
• Tennants are liable for all damage caused to the property.
• We charge a $500 security bond before arrival. This amount is refunded after inspection upon vacating the property. This amount does not limit the tennants liability for damage to the property.
• Any breach of the above terms and conditions can incur loss of security bond and or loss of full payment.
